Nirankar ey sabh da sanjha eh koi vakkho vakh nahin;
Tapi tapishwar vekh na sakke jogi sakke chakh nahin.
Kan kan andar hazar vasse vekhan wali akh nahin;
Poore gur di bakhshish bajhon ho sakda partakh nahi
ikko ik ey bagin bootin phull kalian vich has rihai;
Nirankar eh jal thal mahiyal kan kan andar vas rihai.
Nirankari eh jangal bele ap nazare das rehai;
Sheetal chanan thandak ban ke har ras andar vass rehai.
Jatan hazaran lakhan karman ton eh qaboo aonda nahin;
Avtar gutu jan ake ehde moonh ton ghungat lahunda nahin.

The Formless One-Nirankar is common to all and He is not different for different people;
The ascetics could not perceive Him and the Yoga practitioners could not taste this Divine Elixir.
He permeates each and every particle, but there is no eye that can see Him;
Without the grace of the perfect True Master, He cannot be revealed.
He is the only One who dwells in the gardens and plants, and smiles in the flowers and buds;
Nirankar is pervading the water, the land and space in-between the earth and the sky, and He dwells in each and every particle.
Nirankar is manifest in the forests, the high grass as also in the beautiful landscape;
He is the coolness in the cool, brightness in the bright and essence in every essence.
He cannot be realized even by millions of efforts and by performing countless rites and rituals;
Avtar says, God can be perceived only when the True Master appears and unveils His face.

Meaning
The Formless God is one and the same for all, and not different for different people. The loftiest of contemplators could not perceive Him, ascetics could not find Him. God permeates each and every particle, but man has no vision to perceive Him. God cannot be seen face to face without the grace of the True Master. God is present everywhere and manifest in all trees, plants, flowers and buds. The Formless God is pervading the waters, the land and in every particle. God is manifest in deep forests and pastures, and is the sight within every sight. He is the calm and He is the brightness that dwells in all tastes and savvies. God cannot be realized even by millions of efforts, rites and rituals. Avtar says, God cannot be perceived unless the True Master comes and unveils the face of God.
